Where it started
Dealership operations span connected workflows such as vehicle inventory, customer relations, documents, expenses and inventory sharing. The company set out to bring these processes into one product.

What I built
I contributed to the multi-tenant, role-based architecture and to vehicle, CRM, document, expense and reporting modules. I delivered backend, web and mobile API work for cross-dealer inventory sharing, pricing and valuation, and geospatial features.
Where it stands
By 2026, the product had reached 108 registered dealerships.

On the technical side
PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Redis and Celery complemented one another across relational data, geospatial queries and background jobs. The work strengthened my understanding of balancing tenant isolation with a shared product.
